The A/R Balance Summary reports provide you with a summarized view of the state of your Accounts Receivable over a specified period of time. There are three versions of this report you can run.
The first summarizes the entire Accounting Period into a single line item. This can be made to span any number of periods you wish. This can be extremely useful for doing trend analysis since you can quickly see the dollar differences across many periods at one time.
The second provides the same information but further segmented by Community Group and Primary Guardian. This is useful for viewing your individual Primary Guardian Account status.
The third summarizes by Subaccount and is a great tool for analysing you Revenue stream as it pertains to your various business categories.
