A Guardian is Not Showing Up on the CheckPoint Station. Why?

There are a few possible reasons why a Guardian may not be able to sign in at the CheckPoint Station. Check each of these typical causes.

1) None of the Students for which this Guardian is permitted to pick up are currently Active Students.

SOLUTION
: Check the Start Date for each student related to this guardian. Ensure that the students are actively enrolled and the dis-enrollment date is NOT set.  Also, ensure they are not currently suspended.

2) This Guardian is NOT identified as "Permitted to Pickup" for any of their related Students.

SOLUTION
: Review this Guardian's Student Relations by going to their Guardian Folder and accessing the "Relations" tab. Remember, a Guardian can be associated with a student but unless you have the "Permitted to Pickup" indicator checked inside that relationship, they will not show up on CheckPoint Station. Even if they are identified as the "Primary Guardian" you still need to set this indicator.
