A Guardian says they cannot see their children listed on CheckPoint Station. Why?

If the Guardian can see themselves on CheckPoint, BUT, cannot see one or more students they are permitted to pickup, check for one of the following possibilities.

1) The student has already been signed in (or out) for the day.  If the student is already signed in, they will not display on the sign-in screen when someone else tries to sign them in.  However, they WOULD display on the sign- screen

SOLUTION
: Tell the guardian to check if they are already signed in (or out) by pressing the ATTEND LOG button on the screen.  They can see the last time someone signed the student in or out AND see who did it.  If they determine the student was simply never signed out from the night before then remind them they MUST signout their students when they come to pick them up.  Also, as the administrator of SchoolLeader, you should be shutting down CheckPoint at the end of every day and selecting the option to "SIGN OUT ALL REMAINING STUDENTS".

2) This Guardian is NOT identified as "Permitted to Pickup" for this Student.

SOLUTION
: Review this Guardian's Student Relations by going to their Guardian Folder and accessing the "Relations" tab. Remember, a Guardian can be associated with a student but unless you have the "Permitted to Pickup" indicator checked inside that relationship, they will not show up on CheckPoint Station. Even if they are identified as the "Primary Guardian" you still need to set this indicator.

1) This student is not currently Active Students.

SOLUTION
: Check the Start Date for this student on the Student Folder. Ensure that the student is actively enrolled and the dis-enrollment date is NOT set.  Also, ensure they are not currently suspended.
