This report will probably be your most frequently used report since it is typically provided to each of your Primary Guardians at the end of each billing cycle.
This Account Statement quickly and concisely displays the current period charges, credits, and payments in the main body of the report. At the bottom, it summarizes the account status and balance by adding up all the current period activity along with starting period amounts (e.g. Prepayment Credits, etc.).
Near the top of the statement it will display the Guardians full name and address and also a general message for this Guardian to the right of their address. Below these two main information boxes is a third box which will display the current enrollment status for their children.
This report can be printed from two different locations within SchoolLeader
Guardian Folder: You can print a Statement from the Payment Account Tab of the Guardian Folder when you are working on a specific Guardian's Payment Account
Central Report Manager: You can produce a "set" of Account Statements that meet specific criteria such as "Debit Balances greater than $50.00". This can be useful if you want to hand out Statements to specific Primary Guardians but not the entire School.
If this statement is being printed out for a Third Party Sponsor then the report will also display the Agency name below the main contacts name.
If you are simply looking for a straight printout of all subledger transaction activity for a particular Guardian account then printing the Guardian Account Details report may be more appropriate.
