SchoolLeader needs to know which subaccount to use when posting charges and credits for recurring activities such as weekly dance class, karate lessons, etc.
To access the Activity Fee Rules, click on Accounting, then Accounts Receivable, then A/R Rules, then Edit Activity Fee Rules.
Click on the down arrow and select the appropriate subaccount for tracking recurring activity fees.
