There are several reports associated with your school's activities. The activities can be a one time field trip to the zoo, or a recurring activity such as a weekly dance class.
Print notes related to a specific activity.
Use this report as a Sign Up/Authorization form that you can display at your front desk for field trips and activities. The report displays in one format, however, it effectively can be used for two different purposes depending on when it is printed.
If you assign the students to the activity after printing the report, it will basically be a standard "blank" sign up and authorization form for your parents. The report will contain information about the trip and then have blank lines below so that guardians can sign up their children and apply their signatures to authorize the trip.
If you assign the students to the activity before printing the report, it will contain a page before the "blank" sign up section that contains a list of all the pre-enrolled students. This is useful if you have a predefined number of students targeted for the trip (e.g. only the after-schoolers.). In this situation the parent would find their child's name on the report and apply their signature to authorize the trip.
The Activity Transportation Roster is provides a pre-formatted "Checklist" for each student attending the Activity, so that you can perform a roll-call each time the students get on and off the bus. Appropriate check boxes are included to ensure everyone is accounted for on the bus and at the activity. The report allows for multiple signatures for confirmation of student head counts to ensure no student is left behind.
In addition, the report prints out vital statistics about the activity (address, telephone number, etc.) as well as the nearest Medical Facility. Lastly, it will display any comments or travel directions you have recorded in the Activity Folder of this activity so they can easily be read by the bus driver and/or activity coordinator.
The Activity Rosters provide you with a list of students attending an activity, sorted by classroom or by activity.
