Based on your Employee Schedule for a selected date range, SchoolLeader will analyze your schedule and determine whether or not your schedule is adequate based on actual student attendance for the past 30 days.
To access the Analyze Schedule Accuracy function:
click on Employees
click on Employee Scheduling
click on Analyze Schedule Accuracy
Select the classroom, or ALL classrooms
Select the date range
Click on ANALYZE
By specifying the date range, SchoolLeader has looked at the employee schedule, and is analyzing how adequate the schedule is based on actual student attendance for the past 30 days. You can review the analyzed details for each classroom (or all classrooms), by hour of day. According to this schedule, Room 1 is understaffed by one person for each hour of the day.
