SchoolLeader has various that are accessible from the Central Graph Manager. Many of these graphs are also accessible directly from within the FrontDesk Folders, where they are most likely to be needed (e.g. printing attendance graphs directly from the CheckPoint Manager Folder Trend Analysis Tab). You can always select and produce ANY graph available in SchoolLeader from this Central Graph Manager window.
To access the Central Graph Manager from the top tool bar, click on Reporting, then Central Graph Manager, or you can click on the Central Graph Manager Icon.
The Central Graph Manager organizes the available graphs with the same easy-to-use "folder" concept that is used throughout SchoolLeader. All of the graphs are categorized and grouped in the main folders (Attendance, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable.).
To view what is inside a folder double click on the folder icon.
The folder will open up and display its contents. The contents of a folder may be other folders or it may be graphs. You will need to continue to double click on each selection until you reach the graph you need.
A folder looks like a Windows Folder, and a graph looks like a bar chart graph.
To execute a graph:
"drill down" through the folders by double clicking on the folder name until you find the graph you need
highlight the graph, and then press the "Run Graph" button, or
double click on the graph. SchoolLeader will begin building the requested graph based on your selection criteria.
you will be prompted for selection options
The graph will be displayed in a Graph Viewer:
Each graph is initially displayed using it's "default" chart type. For example, the sample graph above is normally displayed as a bar graph. However, you may change the presentation style of the graph to several standard formats such as "Pie Chart", "Plot Chart", etc. Select the format you wish to see from this box.
Click on this button if you want to create a printed image of the graph currently being displayed on the screen.
Click on this button if you want to clear the graph from the screen and re-display the Graph Selection list.
