Before contacting support, ensure that you have all of the information available that will help us in answering your technical question quickly and correctly.  If you've received a SchoolLeader error message, please have that error message and error number available, as well as the circumstances that led up to that error.  

Since your PC environment consists of hardware, software, operating systems, and network components, it may be difficult for you to distinguish between a SchoolLeader software issue and a failure of one of your other components. While SchoolLeader Support Specialists will attempt to help you troubleshoot your problem, we can only guarantee resolution for SchoolLeader related questions and issues.
