NOTE: You must be signed up with the Chase-Paymentech electronic banking service to use this feature.
Everytime SchoolLeader communicates with the main banking computers at Chase, it creates a log entry of the exact information passed between them. This log entry is a complete detailed record of the prior 14 days of activity and can be instrumental in uncovering and resolving breakdowns in the electronic process.
Rest assured, there are numerous safeguards to ensure all transmissions are sent and received completely and accurately. However, given the nature of computers, problems can still potentially occur. In these instances your SchoolLeader support technician may ask you to "dump" the transmission log and send it to them.
To send the Electronic Banking Transmission log, go to TOOLS on the main menu, then select ELECTRONIC BANKING SUPPORT from the drop down menu, then select DUMP ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION LOG. A SAVE AS box will display and ask you where to store the log. You will probably do this with a SchoolLeader technician on the phone. Follow their instructions on saving the file and then ultimately sending it to them.
