5.4 - Employee CheckPoint Screen

Once the employee has entered their PIN, this next CheckPoint screen will be displayed. It contains access to all of the CheckPoint functions that an employee will need to perform including check-in, check-out, attendance review, etc.  

 

The buttons along the left hand sign of the window allow the employee to:

If there are any messages for this employee, they will be displayed under 'Messages For You'.  Messages are sent from the CheckPoint Manager in FrontDesk.

After signed in, the employee often moves from one classroom to another .  Your employees use CheckPoint to track their movement to ensure compliance with your ratio requirements.  To MOVE to a different classroom:

At the end of the day, all employees must sign out of your school.  To sign out, the employee must:

 

Contact Info (Button)

This button allows the employee to review their contact information.  The information displayed here is for informational purposes only and can only be modified from FrontDesk Manager. 

Work Logs (Button)

This button will display the current attendance activity for the employee for the current week (Sunday - Saturday).

Work Schedule (Button)

This button will display the assigned work schedule for the current week (Sunday - Saturday).

Change my PIN (Button)

If the employee wants to change their PIN they can do so by pressing this button. This will immediately clear their current PIN and prompt them to retype their new PIN. Once entered it will ask them to type it again for confirmation. The new PIN will then be save for future reference.

If you are using the NO NAME SELECTION option for CheckPoint then this button will be disabled. A user can only set their own PIN when NAME SELECTION is active. Regardless, a users PIN can always be set from the CheckPoint Manager window in the FrontDesk Manager program.
