There are numerous reports associated with details about your employees. These reports are designed to give you control over wages, schedules, certification compliance and contact information. Most of this data has can be found in the Employee Folder.
This Employee Profile provides you with a summary view of your employees. It displays vital statistics such as address and telephone numbers.
The Employee Callout List is a useful report to hand out to your director and perhaps other employees, so that all employees can be contacted after hours, if needed.
This report allows you to print notes for a specific employee or all employees for the specified date range. Employee Notes can also be printed directly form the Employee Folder Notes Tab.
This Employee Wage History Report allows you to print any wage statistics you have recorded for each employee. This report, along with the Employee Folder / Wages Tab can be used to manage and track wages in your school. These numbers are also used in the Employee Time reporting reports to calculate the wage portion of your payroll.
This report will print the Employee Schedule, for a selected employee or ALL employees for the selected date range.

The Weekly Attendance Grid Report is widely used to review employee attendance and wages for a Sunday - Saturday week. At the end of the report is a summary of your Total Billings against Wages for the week.
Attendance & Wage Summary Report will display the selected employee or ALL Employees attendance and wages for the selected period. Since not all schools run their Payroll on a Sunday - Saturday schedule, this report will allow you to select the date range for attendance and wage summary.
A Wage Statistics summary will also print at the end of this report.
The Employee Attendance Summary By Date Report will display attendance for a specified date range. For example, if you select 8/1 - 8/8, the report will display all employee attendance for 8/1, then all employee attendance for 8/2, etc.
The Employee Attendance Details By Employee Report will display attendance for a specified employee or ALL employees for the selected date range. The details will include all check in and check out times for each employee.
The Employee Attendance Detail By Date Report will display attendance for a specified employee or ALL employees for the selected date range. The Employee Attendance Detail By Event Time Report will display a 'running' log of sequential check in and check outs that have occurred. For the selected date range, you can see all of the check in check out activity that occurred for your employees, in time sequential order.
This report will display a birthday list of your employees alphabetically by employee name.
This report will display a birthday list of your employees for each month.
This Employee Certification/Education Schedule Report will display the certification schedule for each selected employee, as of a certain date. Many schools choose to select a future date so that they can alert their employees that their certifications are due to expire.
This Employee Certification/Education Compliance Report will display:
a list of all employees not in compliance as of the selected date. This list will print in the beginning of the report.
the specific reasons why the employee is out of compliance. The compliance reasons will display on subsequent pages of the report after the list is displayed.

The Employee Education History Report provides you with a detailed view of an employee's recorded educational accomplishments.
