Employee Schedule Manager

The Employee Schedule Manager allows you to build and maintain work schedules for your employees.

To access the Employee Schedule Manager:

Select the dates you want to review, then click on FETCH SCHEDULE.  The schedule will be displayed.

Adding a New Schedule

To add a new schedule:

You have now created your first day schedule for the selected employee.  You can duplicate this schedule to be reflected for other days:

To print the work schedule for a selected date range, click on the DETAILS button along the right hand side of the window.  Use the Central Report Manager to print work schedules in a format other than date order. The employee scheduling reports available from the Central Report Manager include:

Analyze Schedule

Based on your Employee Schedule for a selected date range, SchoolLeader will analyze your schedule and determine whether or not your schedule is adequate based on actual student attendance for the past 30 days.

By specifying the date range, SchoolLeader has looked at the employee schedule, and is analyzing how adequate the schedule is based on actual student attendance for the past 30 days. You can review the analyzed details for each classroom (or all classrooms), by hour of day.  According to this schedule, Room 1 is understaffed by one person for each hour of the day.
