The Family Groups function is used to define different groups or categories of families for revenue tracking purposes. SchoolLeader will track your total revenue, as well as the revenue generated within each type of group. The family groups defined here will be used in the Guardian Folder, as well as on some revenue reports.
To access the Family Groups Definitions, click on Families, then Family Groups.
On each row, type in the family group. If you want to delete a row, click on the gray area so that the row is highlighted, then click on the DELETE key on your keyboard.
In the above example, the user has defined 3 Family Groups, which can now be accessed from the Guardian Folder COVER tab.
