Guardian Reports

There are many reports associated with all of your Guardians.  Typically, your Primary Guardians are the most important since they are those identified as being financially responsible for the accounts.

Guardian Fee Schedule Assignments - By Guardian

This report will list all fees associated with a specific Primary Guardian.  This report is not to be confused with fees associated with the students.  Some fees 'make sense' to be at the guardian level, e.g. an internet viewing charge.

Guardian Fee Schedule Assignments - By Fee Schedule

This report will list all Primary Guardians associated with Guardian level fees..  This report is not to be confused with fees associated with the students.  

Primary Guardian Contact Lists - By Classroom

This report will list, by classroom, the names and primary contact numbers of ALL Primary Guardians, as well as their associated students.

Primary Guardian Contact Lists - By Guardian Name

This report will list, by alphabetical Primary Guardian name,  ALL Primary Guardians and contact number, as well as their associated students.

Third Party Sponsorships

This report will list by Third Party Sponsor, all students associated with that sponsor.  For example, if you need to know what students are subsidized by the ABC Subsidy program, you can run this report to obtain this listing.

Guardian Notes Detail

This report allows you to print notes for a specific guardian or all guardians for the specified date range.  Guardian Notes can also be printed directly form the Guardian Folder Notes Tab.

Guardians with No Assigned Students

The Guardians with No Assigned Students Report will print all guardians who do not have any students associated with them.  This can indicate a data entry problem. Ideally, there should be no names on this report.
