How can I print a payment history for customers that can be used for tax purposes?

A common request at the beginning of the calendar year comes from parents/guardians who need to document their childcare expenses to the IRS.  SchoolLeader allows you to print a couple different Payment History reports that can be used as a payment record for the IRS.  

Select REPORTING from the main menu and then VIEW REPORTS.  Drill down through the following folders; ACCOUNTING, ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE, AR PAYMENT ANALYSIS, GUARDIAN PAYMENT HISTORY.

You will have the option of print a detailed or summary report
