List Error Code Descriptions

NOTE: You must be signed up with the Chase-Paymentech electronic banking service to use this feature.

The Paymentech processing center returns an error code to you if anything goes wrong with authorizing the payment.  SchoolLeader displays that error code in the return transaction.  Unfortunately, they do not return a description and you must become fluent with the codes to understand them.  It's not as difficult as it sounds since most of the time there are only a few codes that are typically returned (e.g. 200 - Cardholder's bank did not approve transaction).

If you ever need to know what a code means, go to TOOS on the main menu, then select ELECTRONIC BANKING SUPPORT, then select LIST ERROR CODE DESCRIPTIONS.  The following scrollable window will display.
