Recurring Activity Fees are any Activity Fees that you want to post on a regular basis. Recurring Activity Fees are typically used to describe weekly/monthly recurring dance class or karate class. This is an optional process and may not be needed by your school. Before posting the recurring activity fees, you should have already:
Defined your Activities in the Activity Folder.
Associated the activities with the students, either from the Student Folder Activities Tab, or from the Activities Folder Enrollment Tab.
Only those Activities designated as Recurring Activities in the Activity Folder will be billed for in this process. Any 'one time' activities, such as a field trip to the zoo, will have charges applied when the student is signed up for that specific activity.
To Post recurring Activity Fees:
Click on Accounting
Click on Accounts Receivable
Click on Post Fees
Click on Recurring Fees Schedule Charges
You will receive a confirmation prompt. Your recurring activity charges will be posted to each primary guardians' payment account.
