School Reports

There are many reports associated with your school.  These reports are particularly useful when needing to view data at a school level.

School Roster - By Student

The School Roster By Student Report displays a list of ALL active students currently attending your school, in alphabetical order.  Their assigned classroom is also displayed, along with a 'check mark' column.

School Roster - By Student Group

The School Roster By Student Group Report displays a list of ALL active students currently attending your school, for each Student Group that you have defined and are using.  The Student Groups are defined by clicking on Families, then Student Groups along the SchoolLeader tool bar.

School Wide Allergy List

This report produces an Allergy Report (sorted by student last name) for the entire school. It is suitable for use in locations where a complete overview of students with allergies is needed e.g. front desk, cafeteria, etc.

Task Schedule

The Task Schedule allows you to print a task list as defined using the SchoolLeader Task Manager. By specifying the date range, a report will be displayed listing names and assigned tasks. The Task Schedule allows you to print a task list as defined using the SchoolLeader Task Manager.

Student Sign In / Sign Out Logs - Full-time/Part-time Sign In Log

The Student Sign-in/Out Log provides you with a manual means to record the arrival and departure of your students. The report lists all active students in alphabetical order who are designated as full-time or part-time students. The guardian dropping the student off would find the students name on the list and then enter the time they arrived/departed. A signature is also required from the guardian when the student is signed out.

If you are using the automated CheckPoint Station software then this log report would only be necessary as a backup plan in the event you had problems with the Checkpoint station.

The Employee Sign-in/Out Log provides you with a manual means to record the arrival and departure of your employees. The report lists all active employees in alphabetical order.

Meal Serving Analysis - Meal Serving Summary By Serving Type

The Meal Serving Analysis Reports are associated with using the USDA (CACFP) Food Program feature in SchoolLeader.  This report will display the students who were served each Meal Type (e.g. breakfast, lunch, snack1, etc), as well as the total number of meals served by Meal Type.

Meal Serving Analysis - Meal Serving Summary By Subsidy Type

The Meal Serving Analysis Reports are associated with using the USDA (CACFP) Food Program feature in SchoolLeader.  This report will display the students who were served meals for each Subsidy Type (e.g. free, reduced, non-needy, etc) as well as the total number of meals served by Subsidy Type.

Meal Serving Analysis - Meal Serving Summary By Age Category

The Meal Serving Analysis Reports are associated with using the USDA (CACFP) Food Program feature in SchoolLeader.  This report will display the students who were served meals for each Meal Age Category (e.g. infants, 1 - 2 year old, etc) as well as the total number of meals served by Age Category.

Meal Serving Analysis - Meal Serving Detail By Student

The Meal Serving Analysis Reports are associated with using the USDA (CACFP) Food Program feature in SchoolLeader.  This report will display meals served to the selected student (or ALL students) for the selected date range.

The Meal Serving Analysis Reports are associated with using the USDA (CACFP) Food Program feature in SchoolLeader.  This report will display a listing of students and the meals served to the for the selected date range.

School Wide Birthday Lists - by Name

This report gives you a listing of all active students and their birthdays. A similar report that provides birthday lists by Classroom can be found in the Central Report Manager under Classroom Reports.

This report gives you a listing of all active students and their birthdays, sorted by month. A similar report that provides birthday lists by Classroom can be found in the Central Report Manager under Classroom Reports.

School Emergency Contact List - By Classroom

This report gives you a listing of all students, by classroom,  and their registered Emergency Contacts. It provides the guardian relationship to the student and their reach numbers.  This report is typically handed out to the teachers in case of emergency and a guardian must be contacted.

School Emergency Contact List - By Name

This report gives you a listing of all students and their registered Emergency Contacts. It provides the guardian relationship to the student and their reach numbers.  This report is typically kept at the front desk for emergency contact in the event that the computer system is down (e.g. a power outage will last all day and everyone must be contacted to pick up their children).

Transportation Drop Off Roster - By School or by Track ID

SchoolLeader will produce a Transportation Roster for dropping off  the designated students for each school and/or track.  The report will display all students who are to be dropped of at each school.  You can write in the times each student got on and off the bus, as well as allow 2 signatures for headcount verification.

Transportation Pick Up Roster - By School or by Track ID

SchoolLeader will produce a Transportation Roster for picking up the designated students for each school and/or track.  The report will display all students who are to be picked up  at each school.  You can write in the times each student got on and off the bus, as well as allow 2 signatures for headcount verification.

You need to specifically mark students as 'drop off' or 'pick up' in the Student Folder Outside School Tab.  Very often, students may be either 'drop off' or 'pick up', but not both.  Because of this, SchoolLeader produces 2 separate rosters to eliminate confusion.
