Classroom Reports

There are many reports associated with the Classroom.  These reports are typically printed and given to the teachers of each classroom for quick reference.

Classroom Allergy/Medical Conditions

This report provides a consolidated listing of all the students and their allergy/medical conditions. The report sorts and categorizes the results by classroom so it can be easily distributed to the appropriate teachers.

Allergy/medical conditions are entered in the Student Folder, Medical Tab, Allergy/Medical/Special Care Notes.

Classroom Birthday List

The Classroom Birthday List Report displays a listing of all students and their birthdays, categorized by Classroom. A similar report that provides birthday lists for the entire school can be found in the Central Report Manager under the School Reports.

Classroom Fee Assignment Summary

This report provides you with a quick glance of your average recurring fee charges (before discounts or special credits). The calculations are given at the classroom level and then at the bottom of the report for the entire school.

This report does not reflect any discounts or special credits and is meant as an analysis tool for determining your average charges per student in any particular classroom. If you want to get a forecast of your Revenue potential for the school you might want to consider running one of the Revenue Potential Reports found under Accounting Reports.

Classroom Billing To Wage Ratios

This report allows you to analyze your billings per classroom against employee wages (before taxes) per classroom.  You will need to have your employee's wage information entered into their Employee Folders for SchoolLeader to calculate their wages based on actual employee attendance.

This was a new report added to SchoolLeader version 5.0, and cannot be used on historical data for any version before 5.0.  From version 5.0 forward, this report will provide the necessary details.

Current Classroom Attendance

In the event of a fire drill or emergency evacuation of your center, you can quickly print off the Current Classroom Attendance Report  to perform a manual head count of children once you have left the building.  Many schools choose to leave this report 'open' during the day, and keep it minimized on their screen in the event that they need to evacuate quickly.  By clicking on the REFRESH button on the report toolbar (the lightning bolt), this report will display exactly who is in each classroom, assuming they have signed into SchoolLeader that day.

Classroom Rosters - Primary Classroom Roster

The Primary Classroom Rosters print in 3 formats:

The Primary Classroom is the classroom assigned to each student in their Student Folder Schedule Tab.  These reports are designed to be printed and distributed to your classroom teachers at the start of each reporting period. All formats list all of the active students for the classroom and provides a grid to the right of the student names for manual attendance tracking.

On the weekly attendance grids, there is also an unmarked column at the far right which can be used for teacher comments. For example, they might want all the students to bring in something for a project. This column can be used to mark off those that have completed the task.

At the bottom of each classroom report there are two sub-reports. The first report gives a listing of all the assigned teachers for that classroom. The second shows all the children that have allergy/medical conditions. If a child has allergy/medical conditions recorded in their Student Folder Medical Tab,  then their name in the roster will be proceeded by a double asterisk (**) and the recorded conditions will be printed at the bottom.

Classroom Rosters - Secondary Classroom Roster (Optional)

The Secondary Classroom Rosters print in 2 formats:

The Secondary Classroom is an optional classroom you can assign to each student in their Student Folder Schedule Tab (e.g. at the end of the day the students move to a common area).  These reports are designed to be printed and distributed to your classroom teachers at the start of each reporting period. All formats list all of the active students for the classroom and provides a grid to the right of the student names for manual attendance tracking.
