Sort Order options:
1) None - Always sorts by Student Last Name
Selection Criteria:
1) Student Name
2) Date Range (Active students during this time)
Sample Report:
Sample shows the current Vaccination schedule for Kristina Smith born on
9/4/1999. Two of her shots are overdue and are indicated as such by the
words "***OVERDUE" in the comments section.
