The Synchronize Group Tuition function is used to set the same tuition amount for a selected group of students. This is particularly useful when you want to do a change of tuition fees associated with an entire classroom or a large group of students all being promoted at the same time.
Click on the down arrow to select the rate you want assigned to the selected students.
Click on the down arrow to select a classroom. SchoolLeader will highlight all student names in the selected classroom. You can then further select or unselect other students simply by clicking on their name.
Press this button to begin the Synchronization process. Each Student selected in the list box will have their tuition rate changed to the selected fee. If more than one tuition rate happens to exist in their folder (unlikely scenario) then the first one found will be replaced with the new fee.
Clears all selected names in the list.
