Total Student Counts Per Hour Per Class

This graph charts the total attendance for a particular classroom through out the day. Each hour is plotted on the graph so you can see the typical attendance patterns as the day progresses. The report can also be run for the entire school to get an average attendance figure for all classrooms combined.

This can be useful in determining your "busiest" hours for a particular classroom thus aiding you in scheduling your teachers time better.

This graph shows average total Student count in the "Early Learners" classroom for 1999. The graph easily shows how the "busiest" hours peek from 10am and 2pm.
